Pricing and Deadline:

THE DEADLINE FOR ALL ADS IS December 23, 2009. After this date, a late fee of $25 should be added to the prices below. We cannot be held responsible for returning original prints. Since we are overwhelmed with thousands of prints each year from seniors, parents and other groups, it is best to supply us with duplicate prints (complete with names etc. on reverse side). We cannot be responsible for returning these materials.

Ad Layout:

If you can layout the ad yourself, it MUST be submitted as a 300 DPI CMYK file.  We will only accept files in the .tif, .eps, .PSD  formats.

WE CAN NOT accept files in any Microsoft Office file fomat or any word proccessing program. If you need a program to design your ad you can download a trial version of Adobe Photoshop Elememts by clicking here.

Design Fee:

IF YOU CANNOT DIGITALLY LAYOUT THE AD YOURSELF, send DYAD all photos, text, and other materials you wish to be used, as well as a self-addressed stamped envelope in which to return your materials. Put your name and address on the back of all photos (print very lightly with a non smearing pen or marker! Do not staple or cut!). Please include a sketch of how you would like the ad to look. Add a $15 design fee to the prices listed below.

CUSTOM DESIGN HELP :

If you need assistance designing your ad, you now have two choices.

DYAD can help you design the ad for a cost of $30/hr. Call or email DYAD and make an appointment with the business editor.

Ads are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We highly recommend that you order your ad early. Payment is by check only (payable to LS-DYAD).

PLEASE NOTE: The ads will be designed by students in their free time. We have limited openings each day. Please call as far in advance as you can.

If you can not schedule your appointment before the December 23rd deadline, don't worry you can send your payment in early to secure a spot . You can pay now and design the ad at a later date. We will be scheduling appointments until the end of March.

Please take advantage of the early price offered as we need to know as soon as possible how many pages we need to allocate for the ads.  The safest way to for us to determine this is to have payment in hand.

The new LATE COST of a yearbook is now $75 (normally $100). Be sure to get it early for the $55 price. Parent ad prices have dropped since last year. They are now:
